Double A Labs is a catalyst for human connection through technology; bridging the gap between the virtual world and reality. They’ve developed an immersive, multimedia communication platform that enables users to collaborate through any means— including video, messaging, whiteboarding, polls, and games—making work more productive and fun!

Through strategy sessions, ideation and mood boarding, Foundery5 designed a new logo that demonstrated Double A Lab’s mission of bridging the gap between the virtual world and reality, while still tying back to the overall company logo.

After we had the creative direction and overarching message of the logo defined, our team created multiple logo iterations. We landed on a logo that closely tied back to the overall company logo, using the shorthand of “double” and an updated “A” to tie the company and product together. Each aspect of the logo was carefully thought out - down to the gradient of the A that represents energy and the computer motherboard pattern within the A that demonstrates Double A Lab’s use of technology to create human connection.

brand guidelines creation

After the logo was finalized, we created brand guidelines for colors, typography, patterns and photo styles to capture the brand identity of the new product line. We chose colors that evoked energy and gave the feeling of something living and breathing. We selected a font that was modern with friendly geometric shapes and designed patterns that illustrated the idea of moving between the virtual world and reality.

We provided mockups of how the new logo and branding could be used across social media platforms and on a website, allowing Double A Labs to seamlessly integrate their new logo and branding across all of their platforms.
